What about calibration?

Your system comes fully calibrated. If your rental period extends beyond 12 months, we can help you set an appropriate calibration schedule. To keep things simple, if calibration is needed, we can arrange to send you a replacement sensor head for easy swapping, eliminating the need to return the entire system for calibration during your rental.

What are the dangers of dust in occupational settings?

Dust particles that are smaller than 10 microns can make their way past the upper respiratory tract and into the lungs, posing a risk to health. While this dust can come from many kinds of common materials including metals, coal, and wood, inhalation of respirable crystalline silica (RCS) has been identified as a particular concern, potentially leading to a serious lung disease known as silicosis and increasing the risk of lung cancer.
