Unit includes 10-32 mounting thread and rental includes various studs to adapt to common accelerometer threads as detailed below. Test sensor should be hand tightened without tools. Unit set to rms, but can be switched to 1g peak, see manual. Unit set to automatically shut off by default. Petro wax is available upon request. Do not use with standard accelerometers sensitivity 5V/g (5000mV/g) or higher as clipping will occur.

Calibration exciter system, includes 396C10 air bearing shaker (15kHz version), internally mounted reference accel with signal conditioner, DC current amplifier for armature suspension, air regulator and accessories. Requires 50 psi compressed air supply.

The K394B30 kit can be rented as a DIY option in creating a short-term calibration solution. An easy to use air bearing shaker that virtually eliminates transverse motion compared with flexure-based calibration shakers. Unique force lifting mechanism that greatly simplifies accelerometer mounting compared with difficult adjustable-band air bearing units. Signal generator and certificate generation are not included with this rental kit.
