The Modal Shop, a PCB Group Company, today announced their recent in-house calibration laboratory achievement of A2LA accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994, internationally recognized standards, which specify general requirements necessary to exhibit technical competence in carrying out various calibration methods, in accordance with ISO 9001.
As part of this accreditation, The Modal Shop has expanded their in-house calibration service offering to both primary and secondary calibration of accelerometers, condenser microphones, impulse force hammers and force sensors, for both PCB® sensors and other manufacturers’ models.
